HAIDA®/fr refers to fire resistant aluminum composite panel composed of aluminium skins and fire retardant core.

HAIDA fire resistant aluminium composite material conforms to the fire-safety standard of most countries. As compared with solid aluminum panels, our fire resistant ACP has advantages that it is light weighted, rigid and flat.

Usually, the surface of our fire resisting aluminum composite panel is coated with fluorocarbon coating. Die coater is used in the continuous coil coating line to ensure the color uniformity and smoothness of the coating. In addition, the coating color is available in variety of types.

The following describes for you the composition, dimension, and color of our aluminium composite panel in detail.

Composition
Our fire resistant aluminum composite panel is composed of non-combustible mineral filled core sandwiched between two layers of 0.5mm aluminum sheet. The topside is coated with fluorocarbon paint and the backside is a wash coat.

Panel dimensions
The total thickness of the fireproofing ACM comes in 3, 4 or 6mm.
The standard wall panel width is available in 1220, 1250, 1500 and 1575mm.
The panel length is less than 7200mm.

Paint finish and color variation
HAIDA fire resistant aluminum composite panel is available in four color types, that is, Solid Colors, Metallic Colors, Shining Colors and Stone-Wood Series.
All colors are fluorocarbon coating produced in our continuous coil coating line. For more detailed information, please refer to our Color Chart page or contact us directly.
